Need to buy new shabbos shoes, what styles are "in"?

Not too trendy though, more conservative style.

Flats or very small heel only please!

Thank you!

Pointy toe, look in stores like H and M, they have cute flats that are trendy and cheap, you can wear and discard quickly when trends change

Everybody can tell just by looking when you are wearing cheap, throw away shoes, and then they end up in landfill for the next few thousand years.

Buy shoes of good quality in a timeless style, and you'll have spent your money well. They'll also be a whole lot more comfortable. There are three things that a woman should always spend money on and buy for quality - a winter coat, shoes she can actually walk in, and a basic handbag. These things should all last for at least 10 years. Otherwise you're just tossing your money out the window.

If a shoe is worn daily or constantly it doesn't last 10 years even when they are not cheap garbage

Stepinelegance.com has Lakewood styles. But it looks like they didn’t post their spring line yet.

It does if you maintain it correctly.

Can you share how to maintain shoes to last for ten years? I usually buy one decent pair of shoes at a time and at the end of the season it looks ready for the garbage and I was never able to build up a collection.

Untrue for shoes worn on a regular basis.

Yes, you can polish and condition the leather, replace the heels, and replace the soles. But eventually the leather will deteriorate, and the insoles and structure of the shoes will also begin to fail.

It also, of course, depends on how much walking you do.

For a shoe worn several times a week, I wouldn't expect a life of more than 3 years.

For a shoe worn rarely, of course, much longer.
