Great prices! Nobody beats her prices. Excellent service! Exceptionally nice. But I'm finding in a relatively short time the grout is coming apart. Have to call them back.

That sounds to me like old dried out grout was used, easily remedied with new grout, thats relatively cheap to do. If for instance tiles had cracked, that would mean they werent layed right.
I thought most people only buy tiles there and have their own workmen. Paradise has their own workmen?
