I'm tall and use the bugaboo fox. The handles can extend quite high and the actual bassinet is higher than some others I've seen.

The stoke is even more suited for tall moms, the bassinet is a really good height but I personally don't like the look.

Try a few. Make sure you check not only handle height but also having space for your legs as you walk.

This! DH is very tall and he needed a stroller with adjustable handles. So glad we went to a store to test them out first. Everyone said citi mini gt, but the basket bar is low in the back and he kept kicking it! We went with the britax b free, best one for his height in our budget.
