Please help me choose kitchen appliances for a new kitchen.

I find that the parve baking supplies (mixer pieces, etc) are too delicate for the dishwasher anyway. The metal patinas. The plastic looks worn.

Todays appliances are repair prone and not made like they used to be so this is very important.
You will want to know what features are most important to your specific usage habits too.

we went to the appliances store and he basically recommended to buy everything kitchenAid. we also get a discount if we buy everything from the same company. is it a good choice?
