There's someone Daskal who bakes beautiful and delicious for sale. She has a dairy and parve kitchen.
I don't know any more info about her, but you can check the directory for a Daskal on 43 between 12-13.

there is a lady that makes parve desserts at home her name is Leah from desserts by leah
718-484-3630, there is also leah freund at the red pepper 718-490-7764 try them
they both have parve cheese cakes I think a 9" cake is about $40-$45 roughly
they both take last minute orders ...good luck

Are you still looking? My sister's sheva brochos had 3 different parve cheescakes. The best one was Edibles by Esty. I live in Toms River now but Shloimys Bakery from Boro Park sells in Seasons Lakewood and their parve cheesecake was really delicious. When I lived in Boro Park I didn't even know they sell parve cheesecakes.
