I love my instant pot and I use it a lot, but I haven't yet found a good recipe for chicken in the instant pot.
I tried cooking it with water on the bottom and putting it on the grate, but it came out kind of dry. I tried making a one pot thingy with chicken and rice/chicken and potatoes (I tried both) and they burned.
Anyone make chicken in the instant pot and it comes out good?
(I'm not on facebook so I can't get recipes from there).

I’ve made chicken cutlets that come out good.
Put some onion slices at the bottom of the pot (and not the cutlets, because they might burn). Then the cutlets, some bbq sauce (at least 1/2 a cup) and a tablespoon or 2 of brown sugar. If they’re thin, defrosted cutlets it only needs 6-8 minutes of high pressure.
The cutlets turn out soft and are good for shredding and putting in sandwiches.
