Sounds like he can’t send an image. Isn’t that the point of restricting his internet use to restrict his ability to send and receive photos?

Would you be okay with taking a picture on your phone and emailing it your teen and the teen can email it to his friend?

My teen DD has a gmail account, as do her friends. She sends from our home desktop computer.
If she had a school paper to send, she would scan it with our printer/scanner, and email it to her friend.
If she wanted to send a photo that she took with her camera, she'd copy it to the computer, with a card reader, and email it to her friend.
