Hi!
A few months ago, the Ami Living published a bunch of different cookie recipes in their recipe section (Whisk...).
I tried the recipes out, and the crinkle cookies came out the best, but I can't find the magazine now!

Does anybody still have the magazine that can post the recipe?

1 C flour
1/2 C cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 C sugar
1/4 C oil
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 C powdered sugar

1. In a medium-sized bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
2. In the bowl of a mixer, cream sugar and oil for 2 minutes, or until mixture is light and fluffy.
3. Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix until combined. Add flour mixture and mix on medium-low speed until combined. Form dough into a ball and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least two hours and up to 24 hours.
4. Preheat oven to 350 F.
5. Unwrap the dough and form into 1" balls. Pour powdered sugar onto a plate. Roll balls in powdered sugar until fully coated.
6. Transfer to a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool on baking sheet for 3 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
Yield: 20-22 cookies

Enjoy!
