For that try burgundy on Clifton. I got a magnificent bar mitzvah dress there in that price range. They have really nice party dresses there.

I found something at kidi chic for my girls and it was really gorgeous. (I went after pesach and they had a new shipment then). They have some very dressy dresses now. For more expensive you can try little women 2.

Also if you don’t mind being a bit last minute you could wait for the summer sales and buy at a discount. You won’t gwt first pick but the women stores should still have lots to choose from.
