After Pesach, do you dress your kids in long sleeved tees or short? I was made to understand that short sleeves are culturally unacceptable until June...but I'm finding it almost impossible to shop long sleeved tees because basically everything I come across has short sleeves! Please share what you do.

Depends on the weather.
Not interested in cultural references, and I've never heard of this one anyway.

If it’s hot short, if it’s still cold- long.

Never heard this.
No idea where you live, but here in Israel, the weather is warm enough for short sleeves way before then.
Dress for the weather and for comfort, not the calendar. Esp for kids.

Some wear jackets with short sleeves
If cold, people will wear light weight clothing with long sleeves .... but no more heavy winter

Kids don’t have to wear new clothes immediately after pesach.
I wait until the weather becomes warmer - typically around shavous time.
I cringe when I see babies and toddlers wearing their new summer clothing on pesach and it’s chilly and their bare legs are cold.
I bought my baby shorts now - but I highly doubt he will wear it on pesach.

Realistically I find that the weather doesn't change constantly until around lag b'omer (even through that falls out at different times each year). Make sure to have a weeks worth of in between clothes with longer sleeves, even if it's just tees and skirts.

When I shop for winter I avoid heavy materials like fur wool or suede. This way my kids can still wear their ‘winter’ wardrobe in that in between weather and if they’re cold in the winter they just put a sweater or sweatshirt on top.

In between weather you see everything on the street.
If weather is 70 degrees I put on long. If weather is 80 I put on shorts.

Don’t judge by the time of year, judge by the weather at the time.
