Hate built in fans, and can't comment about yours, but my experience is that the fan prevents you from hearing out, so you feel like no1 can hear in, but that's not the case. (Kind of like listening to loud music on headphones. You can't hear others talking, but they can hear you.)

I want dishwashers! And an ensuite with a shower and tub big enough for 2 Wink

And big cupboards. And more bedrooms. A room for pets - make that a barn and a stable LOL

And now I'm gonna leave dreamland and head back to my cute little flat Smile

a bigger basement so I can have a large playroom and some guest rooms and a pesach kitchen. oh and a mudroom so my entryway doesn't look like the mudroom which it does now! I think that might be it. I'm sure if I had those things though I would come up with other wants Wink

Me and DH once built our dream house out of magna tiles... that was fun! For now I’ll settle with actually owning a home... which is not happening any time in the near future.

I'd want:
Bigger milchig and fleishig counters.
Two dishwashers
A full size fridge and a full size freezer side by side
A pesach kitchen in an area that I can open three weeks before pesach and cook and freeze. With its own fridge and freezer and stove.
A sink in my dining room for washing
Built in cabinetry in my living room for my kids toys so that can play where we hang out but that it can be put out of sight, or a playroom off of the kitchen
A nice leather couch
A craft room
A place to store tools
An office/ study
Three more bedrooms
An extra bathroom for the kids
My own bathroom
Space for a patio table and barbeque
A big porch or patio to double as sukka space right off of the house
Sunny space for a vegetable patch
Garage that we can park in with an automatic opener
Storage for our of season/ size clothes or budget to buy new for each child
A mudroom area
Space to leave my stroller at my door
All this near family, friends and nice neighbors

Kitchen with two ovens / sinks. Another bedroom. More or better cleaning help. Playroom with nice closets and a den with loooots of bookshelves.

You are such a sweet couple! My sister used to play clicks with her DH! We used to make puzzles.

- Two extra bathrooms so we'd have a bathroom on every floor
- An elevator
- A beautiful garden with a lawn, fruit trees and a tree swing
- A pool
- A studio for guests

I'd love to say full-time help, but I need my privacy. A self-cleaning house would be amazing !

several more bedrooms with private entrance and bathrooms to host . Another family room, redo my backyard and add some water features.
