Does one dress for the weather or season?
Just realized its really soon and Don’t have anything to wear!
It might be super mild or super cold.

No idea fashion trends but I'd wear winter. Spring only technically starts March 21 and especially in places like Toronto, I can't imagine winter wardrobes will year be put away mid March.
Though my son's January bar mitzvah was in the 70s!
