Hi. I am making Peanut Chew logs for Shaloch Manos and need some advice.
1. Can I make them in advance and freeze?
2. I want to dip them in chocolate. Can I freeze them already dipped?
3. Whats the best way to defrost them?
Any other tips??

You can freeze them all ready and defrost on the counter. Peanut chew freezes very well.

Easiest recipe (adjust recipe to make more if you need)
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of Karo Syrup
Mix in a pot and boil together
Turn off heat and add 1 cup of peanut butter once sugar and karo syrup is boiled.
Mix in 5 cups of rice krispies
