Ladies! If you have tips advise pls!
I light with olive oil I’m glass cups. I use donut wicks and each week at least one usually two sink and don’t make it thru the first half hour.
Any tips? Please advise thank you

With donut wicks, you mean the little round floaters with a hole in the middle? I've used them in the past on olive oil. I think the trick is putting them on very carefully and straight and making sure no oil at all gets on the upper side of the disc and also during lighting not to tilt or push them with the match. Alternatively, switch to long stand-up wicks in those little metal pipe like holders.

I use them too and they are impossible to light sometimes! Drives me crazy when I'm playing "beat the clock" to get my neiros--and now B"H I light 7.

Use 2 circles with 1 wick silver parts on top and bottom it never sinks

I had this problem. Now I use the ones with the metal disk on the bottom.

Which one is that? The one I use has a cork bottom foil top

Doubled up the wicks and it worked beautifully thank you!!!!

I use them too, and I have found it helpful that I separate & spread the bottom of the wick a (the part that will be in the oil), to widen it, so the wick won't fall through. No need to double.
