a water bottle and a bag of salad or a jar of pickles. You could also give sugar free jello. Dh was on optavia last year and from all the shalach manos we got, all he was able to have were water bottles and pickle that someone gave with a deli sandwich.

Thank you for the suggestions. Yiddishmom, the Optavia snack/bars sounds like a good Idea. Unfortunately, that is above my budget. Cuties' mom, I think I might go with the pickles. Thanks.
