I start off my day with coffee and a tiny bit of chocolate. Not the best choice but that's what I need. Then for actual food, I'm not a big breakfast eater but I try to eat within 2 hours of waking up to get my metabolism going.
I'm wondering what do others do? What do you eat and how long after you wake up?

If for weight loss intermittent fasting!!
Don’t eat after dinner drink loads of water tea skip breakfast
Weight comes off
