There is a Facebook group, I think it's called aliexpress Jewish women and children fashion trends, where people mention ebm Wigs and they all seem happy. I ordered one and I wasn't thrilled with it. The hair Puffs up at the slightest wind and humidity...
I previously ordered from Jewish wigs only (they are on Instagram) and I'm beyond happy. Hair nicer than Irene. I have it for over 3 years and still in great condition.

I was in contact with grace but I don't know whether she still works there...

It really depends what you want. I paid $307 +50 for shipping and bank fees 3 years ago for a 20" color #2 bandfall, but their prices definitely went up. I guess the price of hair went up everywhere.
I recently asked for the a deep lace in the same length and color and it was $653 incl. All fees.
