The suspense was killing me so I googled "MUA wedding" and figured it out....
make-up artist!
I don't think it's a commonly recognized acronym. I was thinking, OK, now chuppah is a clue... marriage umbrella administrator? no.... master of unification alliances..... no.... basically I was stumped. Make-up artist - it all makes sense to me now!

yentaof8, I defer to your SACA (superior acronym-cracking abilities!)

I just finished a course in reflexology.
I admit I haven't started just yet, but I think its a great field!
I'm going to start off charging $50/ hr.
But in Brooklyn I've seen it advertised at $110/hr!!!!
Obviously I'm only going to work on women.
I think its a perfect job..I can take appointments while my kids are in school/ after they're in bed.
If someone is looking for something to do, I highly recommend it. The course was not too long, not too expensive, and not too hard either.

honestly, I think it's hard to get a well paying, enjoyable job without a degree or experience. I actually had a really well paying teaching job, without a degree, and I totally got it with mazel, the first year, and they practically doubled my pay by the third year, and I was able to work part time... but now I'm just a stay at home mommy. So yeah, it's possible, but I think it's mostly luck.

There are technical things you can do without a college degree which can be very interesting and under the right circumstances can help make a decent living, like being a graphic artist...or working in advertising as a copywriter (there are courses for both). You need talent though...
