ISO of easy meat roll (ground beef) in puff pastry.
Also any ideas of how to plate nicely.
It’s for Purim seuda appetizer. I don’t have time to make individual ones but would still like it to look or taste some what special.

I love savory hamentashen. They're like mini pot pies, or pierogi.

At the end she showed a roll up that's sliced and baked and as individuals too. Should be easier to make.

Might be easier to make individual purses using 5" pastry squares. Just pull up and pinch to form a beggars pouch.

I knew I’d regret it.
I cooked the meat. Then tried to make the hamentashen. They don’t look nice at all.

Sautéed onions. Salt pepper.
Can’t do anything too unusual. It’s very traditional food crowd

Yes but only put 1 tablespoon on a 5" square otherwise the filling will overwhelm the knish and won't stay sealed.

Beat an egg into the ground beef
When it’s cooked it will stay together
My secret when making mousaka
You can use mini pizza rounds
This can make it SUPER easy for you

Perfect. Do this https://jamiegeller.com/recipe.....uffs/ and leave out whatever you want. Just really focus on the puff pastry part!
