Adina - I'd just leave this as-is. Or maybe Audrey? Or Deana?
Ahuva - I'm stumped
Leeba - Libby, Lisa, Lia?
Michal - Michelle
Nechama - Nelly?

Are you planning to call your kids by their english names? If so, you don't have to "match" them. You don't have to match them either way of course.

My oldest is named after my father (Meir Pinchas / Melvyn Paul) but we couldn't agree on an english name with an M to call him so we decided to go with Logan.

My Leeba is Libby on her birth certificate and legal documents

You can do Ava or Amy for ahuva (Amy means the same thing)

My ahuva is actually named after an Amy but we chose to use Ava as her legal name. Just be aware that people don't always pronounce it consistently. Some say ah-vah and some say ay-vah.
