Anyone have pareve scalloped potatoes recipe with oil
Dont want anything with butter or margarine

I make these without the thyme. It also needs much more baking time than it says. you can add other spices, like onion and garlic powder if you want.

I make the recipe from KBD using oil, though I use a less than the amount of margarine she calls for (the recipe as is comes out really greasy).
