I have a good almond with grated chocolate cake. However it needs separating eggs.
I am now looking for an almond cake recipe that doesn't require making snow and can be done with 1 bowl.

There's a carrot cake recipe with cream cheese frosting. You don't need to whip the eggs but you do need to shred carrots, crush pineapple (or use canned) and whip up a frosting (though I'm sure you can figure out how to make a frosting using whipped cream cheese without whipping).

I love this almond cake recipe. But it's different from a regular pesach almond cake and it's for a more mature palate, so it might not be what you're looking for.
Once the oranges are boiled, I roughly chop them and put them in a bowl and puree everything with a stick blender, so it's technically one bowl, but also a pot.

I am looking for a no separating egg almond/nut cake.
Or is there a way how I can change my recipe from separating eggs to not separating them ...
