I am running extra last minute for mishloach manos and I am wondering if (instead of baking cookies) I could make muddy buddies without pbutter in them. (I know ppl have allergies etc)
Anybody ever tried this?
Basic recipe: melted chocolate in a pot (with some margarine?)
Pour over corn chex till covered
Submerge in confectionary sugar.
Let cool

I do it all the time, just add a bit extra chocolate instead. If you're concerned about allergies, I'd skip the sun butter cuz ppl are allergic to sunflower seeds too.
