I sent my kids with my husband to shul and party. I stayed home with my toddler, did my nails, eyebrows, relaxed.... Bh

I did the same. I’m going to go to bed early tonight. The kids went to party with DH somewhere until the wee hours.
I’m actually going to catch up on work from one of my jobs since I have a couple of hours of peace and quiet.

I live in new Rochelle most Megillah reading s and party’s are canceled my husband went to a small shul 11 people came I was to scared to go and stayed home

I'm all for self care, but you do have the same chiyyuv as a man to hear the megillah twice on Purim. So please take care of that too.
I go to an early reading in the morning so I can come home and have a long and leisurely breakfast before starting the day.
