Ink spilled on my husbands lab coat. Its $70 to replace. I tried bleaching it but it wont budge.. any ideas ?

Next time skip the bleach. Hopefully you can still get it out.
Spray the stain heavily with hair spray, when the garment is dry. Take a cleaning toothbrush and scrub scrub scrub out the stain with a strong arm. Repeat spraying and scrubbing until the stain is out.

Rubbing alcohol has to be blotted out not just poured on.
