how do they decide who leaves the show in each episode
how do non singers sing so well?\
how do they not guess the well known singers voices ?

Very well known singers,they usually guess. Sometimes they disguise their singing voice

My daughters and I love this show, we watch every episode together!
It's really hard to guess based on voice alone, there are thousands of popular singers and many other talented people not known as singers but who still have an amazing voice.
The audience votes for their favorite and the one who gets the least votes each episode is the one eliminated.
And not everyone sings so well. But they can put on a great performance nonetheless.

I don't know but boy has he got the moves! The judge's guess of Kevin Hart is a good one. Alfonso Ribeiro is too obvious so I don't think that's him. I briefly wondered about Jayden Smith but I think he's too young to have moves like that, plus a different body type. Why, what do you think?
Also, last week the taco sounded to me just like John Lithgow, but less so this week, so I'm super curious
