Do you or your kids wear summer clothes for Pesach. I’m in a hotel so the temperature isn’t an issue because it’s all indoors.

We get summer clothes for Pesach but it usually ends up being chilly. Same thing for Sukkos, everyone rushes to buy heavy winter clothing in 100 degree weather and then ends up being warm/hot.

No. In NY Pesach is always cold. We wear whatever we have been wearing all winter, but just change the outerwear- like a spring jacket instead of a coat. We start short sleeves/shorts on shavuos.

You can get summer clothes and have sweater, long sleeve shells, heavier tights, leggings in case it gets cold. It’s not so much an issue with boys just bring for them long pants and an extra sweater

You don't go out of the hotel for the entire week?! I never realized the programmes were so all encompassing.

I like to buy something new for pesach which will be in between seasons clothing (more towards summer) and then proper summer for shavuos. I buy it already before pesach so I have it in the unlikely event that we have a warm pesach from the uk.

On chol hamoed we go out but on Tom Tov it’s indoors.
I wanted to wear a light beige dress but I was told it’s nerdy.
My sons wear long pants and long shirts in the summer anyway. My daughter wears tights and long sleeves as well.
It’s more the color.
Yes I bring sweaters.

Last year in the UK my kids wore shorts on the first days😊.
Don’t know if we’ll end up flying this year but I already bought everything anyway.

It matters where your hotel is located. In a tropical or warmer location like Israel Florida or Mexico- obviously summer. In Switzerland say, go with winter. In the truth-state area now that’s a trick question.

Your clothing should match the climate you're in, even when you're indoors. Obviously not in cases where someone would be cold or too warm, but in terms of style and color.
