When all my kids are home, I like serving besides chulent, a deli dish. Sometimes I would just serve plain deli because I’m too lazy, but not always. So far, I have come up with these:
Deli roll
Pastrami, grilled vegetable, pasta (or salad)
Deli pizza
Deli potato salad
Deli salad
These are quite a bit, but anymore? TIA

Chicken cutlet roll ups stuffed with pastrami. Drizzle the top of chicken with a sweet sauce like duck sauce and bake in the oven.

Pastrami eggrolls.
My mom does green beans with sauted onions and deli. It's yummy.

round pull apart deli roll pie for Purim. Outer row ( as standing up) deli roll & inside is Frank's & blanks standing up.
orzo with pastrami & mushrooms if you like it cold

I made Naomi Nachman's deli hamantashen for the purim seuda. I couldn't get them into a hamantash shape, so I just folded the dough into triangle shapes like turnovers. They were a hit!
I've also made Mindee Skurowitz's pastrami gnocchi. My kids really liked it.
