Tenant complained it was too cold in the winter and we needed to seal doors and windows better. Came down to see if it really was coldmTheir heat was not on. They it it was because They didnt want to pay a big gas bill.

Why do people neglect their kids like that?

when my toddler shlepped out the pipe from washer leading into bath tub & all the water poured onto my landlord's head, without my knowledge, he sent police to arrest me. Luckily they were understanding.
he locked me out of our
apt even before I moved in for some shtus.
I had to figure out how to use the water & electricity. No showers when washing laundry.
Entire apt was on one fuse. If I washed & dried laundry, I couldn't microwave the supper for my husband. It went booms & fuse box was in cellar of landlords apt.
I was careful all year round but according to Murphy's law it had to happen before Pesach when he was already in Israel & we would just have to endure the blackout or find a way to get access.

Tenant moved in below us. Installed multiple light fixtures at 1am. It felt like removing wax strips slowly. Chills...
In all fairness, they are good people. They just didnt realize.
