I'm generally always in a state of mild anxiety. I get worried if there's nothing to worry about, and when things are going well, there's always that impending sense of doom.
Now, my anxiety is through the roof. At the beginning, I couldn't sleep through the night. I've more or less made peace with it by now.

I think that all the things we genuinely need to take care of, along with the rapid changes that we must flow with and change with, and the hypervigilance on hygiene, all combine to out our bodies in a consistent state of arousal. So we feel anxious in general, unless we take (and have) specific time to calm our systems down. In many ways, it reminds me of the week of and after 9/11.
