What are the rights of employees in this situation? Is there any compensation for less hours or loss of work? If I have sick days, can I use them?

Following.
I'm still working- 2 meters between people
I wonder if there'll be a difference in compensation if I stopped working because there were no buses, or if I had to go into quarantine,or became sick, and if I can get anything if they're still paying whoever can work from home- which I can't.

Bibi said something last night about workers who were put on unpaid leave getting דמי אבטלה. I wasn't paying too much attention to that part of his speech, and I don't know what the process involved would be. I also don't know how it would apply if you only had to reduce hours but were still getting some income.

DH is part of a 50 person company. They're mostly in separate rooms of under 10 people each but they decided to have people coming in shifts. I asked him about hours and he said his boss said not to worry.
So his company, at least, is doing right by them.
I work from home doing content writing with no set hours anyway so this doesn't affect me as much.
