My toddler son is allergic to: dairy, egg, chicken, beef, sweet potatoe and chocolate.

Would love some ideas for pesach friendly recipes that fit that criteria.
Tia!

SALMON a la I was out of ingredients

Salmon
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tsp garlic
1 T mustard (the awful substitute stuff works)
1 T olive oil
1/4 tsp kosher salt.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Mix ingredients and pour over salmon
Bake 12-15 minutes
Serve with dill sauce

You can do tomato-based or mushroom-based vegetable soups, and lots of quinoa.

Try googling vegan passover recipes for more ideas.

Also, WADR, I would talk to your rabbi about allowing him to eat kitniyot given his age and his allergies.

My nursing infant shares a lot of that list!

This is what I'm making:
Apple crisp for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!
Fried eggplant (not using eggs)
Matza and jelly
Mashed potatoes
French fries
Potato chips
Is he allergic to nuts? Make biscotti without chocolate chips
How about lamb? Allergic?
Beans? Ask about kitniyos
Bisli

Rinse and repeat.

It's only a week! Good luck!

1) speak to your Rav about kitniyos. My Rav let me with specific restrictions. (Fresh, not dried, etc)

2) also it seems like he can have nuts. I don't have recipes since my kids are allergic to nuts, but matza with almond butter, etc. Nuts can be a protein.

3) flounder nuggets coated with spiced potato starch, nuts, or matzah meal and fried or deep fried as a fish sticks.

4) what about turkey, duck, or goose?
Turkey is easily found and easy to prepare.
