Paid family leave; can anyone help me?

I’m a self-employed therapist working for an agency. I have a 10 month old baby at home. Now with the virus crisis I’m jobless and am losing so much money! I was advised to file for paid family leave. But I’m unable to find out more information. Can anyone help me out? Would I be able in my situation to file for paid family leave AND claim it?
