I can't stop crying. throughout the day I suddenly find myself bawling. I'm working from home(not working out so well), kids home and it's challenging but not especially tear-jerking. no one I know is sick with Covid. ofc I'm davening for all jews and people that are sick.
what is wrong with me?

It’s a very stressful and chaotic time with a lot of unknowns. Be kind to yourself.

It makes sense: there's a lot going on. We don't know what tomorrow will bring and we feel totally in Hashem's hands. That's bound to stir something inside a person.
