For myself and my big girls, we B"H can manage with what we have, though I did place an order for stockings and shells.
My little one outgrew everything from last year, and I already bought her most of what she needs (I usually try to do most shopping before Purim anyway, since it gets too busy later on and I work full time....) I would have bought her one more outfit under normal conditions, but at this point, it's not important.
I do want to keep things as normal as possible, so yes, we will B"EH dress up even if it's in our own home, L'Kovod Y"T.

Bought before Purim (Shabbos shoes always buy on clearance/sale early)
Of course my kids will dress in yom tov clothing even if stay inside entire day.

All but one of my children needed new wardrobes, because their old clothing didn’t fit (had hand-me-downs for one). But I didn’t walk into a single store, and I bought most things online even before the craziness all started.

I bought one set of matching Pesach outfits that I hope we get to wear outside at some point.
Doesn’t everyone dress for the street? At home we mostly wear comfies.

I buy most of my clothes online. Wasn't planning to buy anything now, but a dress I ordered months ago — it was back ordered — arrived on my doorstep earlier this week.
