Their grain finished meat is good quality. What cut do you have?

Nothing yet. I saw a French roast and brisket advertised.

Brisket grain finished is great. French roast if at KRM meat is good meat but they cut it wrong so you can't cut across the grain to result in moist pieces.

I was told
Tevyas meat from Uruguay is in short supply. Nothing else is coming in. If you can still find it cheap grab it. Some stores aren’t honoring the sales because this pesach is a loss for them.
(Meat maven in Lakewood May be out already)

(There will still be American meat available so no shortage)
