What would I search for on amazon for a flat blech for my stove top?

They have many electric hot plates.
If you mean a metal blech, I am not sure. They have all sorts of metal sheets but not sure what is safe to use for a blech.

I found this.. looks like it's a backsplash

But all you really need in a thin metal sheet...maybe call hardware stores?
