I found a clever lazy girl's solution for mopping the floor.
(please don't tell me you thought of it before or you risk ruining my day)
You turn on your your kitchen sink. Pull out the sprayer as far as it goes.
Spray up floor.
Spray your fave cleaning thingy (windex... anything that comes in a spray bottle)
And then just mop around.
Ta da!
what's your laziest/ funniest chore shortcut?
(keep this thread light pretty please... )

Lock up And sell chometz places around the house instead of cleaning them.
Except kitchen cabinets I wipe out but I do the real minimum.

I call it “the mother in law clean up.” Before your mother in law comes, stuff everything that’s cluttering up your house into one closet. Push door shut and daven that no one opens it!

Sort clothing and stuff in the drawers, because folding takes too long.

I love you! This is the best idea I’ve ever heard! Can’t wait to do a show and tell for my son.
I leave the cleaning for Erev Shabbos, so I only need to do it once a week

My 2yo son dumped everyone's cereal on the floor. I immediately asked my kids (ages 4, 2, and 2), "who wants to play "Puppies?" and explained that puppies eat off the floor. It was a double win, because they probably ate more breakfast that way than they usually do.
(For the germaphobes among us.... they eat stuff off the floor all day long anyway, we are properly socially distancing and nobody else comes over, so it's their own gosh darn germs on that floor to begin with!)

On short Fridays I send my boys to cheder in their Shabbos pants. After lunch I change them out of their vochen sweater into a shabbos one, woohoo, dressed for Shabbos in a cinch! (I have 4 boys under 4, so it's a huge erev shabbos shortcut)

Innerme, hope I won’t ruin your day.
I don’t have a sprayer- so I take mr clean & pour on random spots- especially heavy soiled areas. Then pour some water on the floor and wipe around with miracle mop.
Best though is to use a swiffer!

My hardwood floors are screaming!
Best lazy hack: blend up some soap and water in the blender as soon as I finish making a smoothie!

I do this too pretty often!
Kids mess up the drawers in a sec anyway, so who cares?
When I’m super geshikt and have the few minutes I try sorting as I pull it out of the dryer.
And my best lazy hack is to reuse the same set of linen after washing. so no folding and I have no choice but to put it back on the bed instead of having it sit around till I can fold & put away.
ETA; shh don’t tell my mother I don’t iron it.
Mom, hope you’re not reading this.

I sometimes take boiling water pur it on the worst parts and then use special clean-up socks to skate around the kitchen with. Don't worry, the water doesn't stay boiling

I didn't realize this is a hack. I own one set linen per room which always goes right back on post wash. Towels too. Wash, dry, hang.

grilled cheese sandwiches...microwave for thirty seconds and then toaster oven for two minutes. Ready in under three minutes, nothing to clean and kids haven't complained yet
