Dc needs to take 45 mg elemental iron. Preferably in liquid form
Dr prescribed this ⬇️but it has alcohol. If times wouldn’t be so crazy I would go to a health food store or call....
Can anyone help?

Dr was very specific in saying it must be this amount of elemental iron 🤷♀️

Can you ask the Dr.? Spatone has only 5 mg of elemental iron, but the absorption level is SIGNIFICANTLY higher than most pills, like 40% vs about 15% from food and other supplements. So 3 or 4 spatone sachets (15-20 mg) should provide an equal or greater amount of absorbed iron as a 45 mg dosage.

Going to ask iyh. Does it have any herbs or a/t in it as well? Cuz that will be a big no no...
