Never mind the big things- like risking your life, and being on the go all day. That is self understood... lets talk about a 'minor' silly thing. which is not, I realized today.
Today I wore a mask all day. it was the first time I was sick since my child became immunocompromised.
we've had countless picu admissions in the last 2 years were every dr, nurse or maintenance worker who stepped foot into our room was masked (and gowned etc) but I never Before realized how uncomfortable it is...

So thank you for this as well, and may Hk'bh send his good malachim to protect you and help you in your tremendous work for the klal. may you be the good shliach to help heal the cholei yisroel.
May he keep us all safe and healthy and sane.

p.s. if any of you work in peds in the hospital- am very curious what the story really is. from what I was told, kids aren't really effected, but is it truly so? have there really not been any peds admissions?

Thanks again Smile

Curious about how peds are affected too.

I had to wear a mask for 3 months straight while my child was undergoing very immunosuppressive treatment, and yes, it is extremely uncomfortable.

How’d you keep it from obstructing your vision?
