After my teen dd gets upset abt something I said that she didnt like or after an argument or telling off she marches off to her bedroom. After around a half hour she comes back down and continues as if nothing happened. I dont know if I should just let it be or expect an apology.
Another point is when she does come down do I allow her to call her friends, play computer games (which she does) or again do I ask for an apology or acknowledgement first?

She's allowed to get upset and it's great she goes off to her room to calm down. Isn't that exactly what do to little kids when we put them into time out?
If she said something truly chutzpadik, when she comes back, you can say, "When you said xyz that was chutzpadik/hurtful and I expect an apology." If she mumbles something, be happy and let it go.If she shrugs and it was really bad, wait awhile to bring it up again.

This is normal teen behavior. You don’t need to react and comment on everything, only if it’s really disrespectful
