Rav Chaim Kanievsky has called for Yom Kippur Koton.

I want to thank you OP for your post. I happened to be on Imamother at exactly 11:30 when I read your post. Because of your reminder, I recited tehillim and Avinu Malkeinu.

DH reminded us, we all said Tehillim together. DD4 even knew one then we were mekabel ol Malthus Shamayim and DH blew the shofar (then the kids had to have a turn).
