its been a week, I got no email about shipping, no response by phone. I heard England shut down, so Im wondering if I can expect my pkg within two weeks...

In ordered from verdbaudet over 2 weeks ago and I didn't receive it yet and no word about shipping either.
Is Verdbaudet in the same country as Next Direct?

Yes. Got my order yesterday via fedex a week after placing order
Didn't either get a email when it's shipped

I got an order confirmation from Mark's and Spencer on Motzei Shabbos, but haven't had any shipping details since then. I've noticed that they often ship from Iceland, so really have no idea what is happening. Hopefully the clothes will arrive before the children grow out of them.

Oh good. They usually use a different carrier, but maybe its Fedex for now. Thanks.

I ordered from monsoon (uk) a month ago. It's already 2,5 weeks sitting in the local post office but I can't get it's cuz it's closed 😞

I'm in Israel. The post office where my order is located has closed down because one of the workers caught corona. All other post offices in my city where open the last 2 weeks

I'm in the Uk. Next stores are closed but the online orders are shipping normally. I ordered last night and received today. Looks like the problem lies in the shiiping logistics

I’m in the US and I got my Next order this week, about a week after I placed my order. I didn’t get a shipping confirmation or tracking number either, but when I called their customer service, they were able to track it for me.

As of 6pm today UK time, their website is no longer open for orders until further notice.

I recieved an email from them saying that they'll be delivering all packages that came into the shop, to your house. Obviously at no charge to you. They're also saying any returns will be sorted out within the first 14 days after they reopen (with receipt)

I just reread your post and it sounds like you're not in England? I'm not sure if you'll get it now bc everything has shut down but if you live here then I think you can still expect your parcel. Just later than usual.
