Hi did anyone experience itching or hives with the Corona Virus ?

I searched online and nobody mentions hives being related to coronavirus.

It's more likely that the hives are from an allergy of some sort.
Although, sometimes people get hives for an unknown reason and they usually go away on their own. It's happened to me a few times, and if the itching gets bad, I take Benadryl and then I'm fine.

My daughter had a strange rash on her hands. Not sure if it was from the corona or unrelated

Any viral illness can trigger hives. Are there other symptoms?

I had horrible hives after a few days of mild muscle aches . I know someone who had Coronavirus followed by hives on her legs . I also haven’t seen any connection online and doctors weren’t sure there was a connection but they are learning new things about this virus everyday .

Hives can cone from thw immune system working hard. You can get it along with any virus.

I have hives literally covering my whole body now. I’m going out of my mind from being itchy.

I had the virus for a week. Was taking medication to clear my lungs... now this horrendous rash.
Dr said it’s a side effect of the virus and taking medication.

Just saw an article recently that dermatologists are noticing skin issues (hives were listed as one of them) in corona patients so not as uncommon as you think. Seems to be brand new info though
