So I'm a week plus into covid19. All my symptoms have gone away besides for my cough. It's like something is tickling my throat/chest and I can't stop coughing. It's not allowing me to sleep. Any advice?

Humidifier, hot tea, hot soup broth, Mucinex, and sleep as much as possible. Long hot showers, if you can stand up for that long. If you have a patio chair that is waterproof, put it in the shower and just hang out in the steam.
The more hydrated you are, the sooner you will get rid of the phlegm. Mucinex (if it's still in the stores) will speed things up considerably. If I could pick one thing that I'm really glad I brought over from America, it would be that I had several bottles of Mucinex.
I found out that in Israel you have to get it by prescription, and that most pharmacies don't carry it regularly - they have to order it in.
If the cough is keeping you awake at night, Nyquil is your BFF. It will knock you right out.

Interesting. I had a nasty virus the week of purim, no idea if it was covid19 or not. It lingered as a tight feeling in my chest and a cough for the next week. I drank lots of tea with honey, kept a riccola in my mouth, and used Motrin pm to sleep.

Try cutting up an onion, and sleep next to it. Sounds gross, but works wonders.
