I usually fall asleep as soon as I hit the pillow. Very occasionally I will wake up in the middle of the night and have a hard time falling asleep. Since I've gotten sick I've not been sleeping very well. Waking up in the wee hours for a while, not being able to sleep during the day, no matter how weak and tired I feel. Anyone else?

Definitely happening to me. And I believe that’s why it’s taking me so long to recover cuz I’m not getting enough sleep.
Hope this all ends soon!!

Maybe is is stress-related?

Or maybe it is because you are napping during the day?

Probably related to shortness of breath, it may affect your ability to fall asleep.

You absolutely MUST find a way to get sleep, because that is when your body repairs cell damage. It doesn't happen when you are awake, so if you need to take Nyquil to knock yourself out, this would be the time to do it.

Stay away from the computer, and read a calming book. As soon as you feel like you're getting bored with the book or losing your place, set it down and roll over. Don't delay another minute, you have to seize the opportunity.

Lack of sleep wreaks havoc on your immunity, so please take it seriously. It's not "just annoying", it's imperative that you get enough rest.

That's just it. I don't sleep at all during the day.

I’m finding the same thing.

My four year old son came down with fever, aches, nausea....
And despite the Tylenol was up every two three hours.
