My husband was sick for 2 weeks and I was so scared that terrible things would happen. BH BH he is started to get better, but I want to make sure I take all my tefillos and kabbalos and keep them. This was such a heart wrenching time for me and I feel like I became closer to Hashem, and I want to keep this closeness even during healthy, routine times.
Any ideas?

Accountability is the key to preserving it. You could keep track in a diary, or better yet, start a thread here with your kabbalah and post each day whether you kept to it or not.
