Fruits and vegetables! Peppers is known to have alot of vit C
Avocadoes , pomegrante, cantalope have zinc

You can get powdered vitamin c (sodium ascorbate) from amazon, crc says it doesn't need a hechsher. Amazon has some kosher zinc too.

I've been slicing a lemon into hot water & putting some in every cup of water I drink. Dh who does not like lemon is BH cooperating too!
I think this also gives some of the bioflavinoids from the white part.
