Today was day 6 of fever for me. Till now my fever never went above 101. Today it had been 102. And now it’s 103.7.
Should I worry?

Don’t panic. With this virus fever fluctuates from low to hi and vice versa. However I do think you should check with your dr.

At 103, call your Dr.
If it hits over 104, go to the er.
Refuah shleimah! Take tylenol and drink a ton of water and hot tea with lemon, ginger, and honey.

It's not about the number on the thermometer but rather how you are feeling. So even if the number is high, but your breathing is ok and you are hydrated, you don't need to worry.
(this is what an ER doctor told me, but don't rely on medical advice from the internet)

This & also depends on your medical history
Do you have a dr you can call? Or do a virtual urgent care visit to get real medical advice?

I remember once having over 103 and I was hallucinating by then. I can’t imagine having a fever that high and thinking it isn’t concerning. Call your doctor.
