My elderly mother has symptoms and needs a test done anyone know someone that would come give her the test

Unlikely since the tests themselves are in short supply so you would have to locate both a test plus a health professional willing to do a house call.
I have heard of very expensive concierge practices which would do this which is how many rich and famous people are getting tested. The going rate for a test from that kind of course is about $500 or so I have read.
A test really doesn't help much because the medical advice is to stay at home unless you have symptoms that are life threatening such as inability to breathe or extremely high fever. You should assume she has Covid and quarantine her and your family.
Of course contact her doctor to determine how to proceed.

Where does she live? I know of such services in Brooklyn and Monsey.

Chai care does home calls. I don't know about charge though.
